Problem identified:

Lack of an integrated system to manage road infrastructure and resources; scattered data, difficulties in making decisions.

Challenges / Objective:

We provide a comprehensive solution supporting the processes related to the maintenance, planning and development of road infrastructure for the Management of Roads and Greenery in Gdynia.

Solution:

As a solution to the identified problem, we proposed the implementation of an integrated System in the form of a cloud platform, allowing for the collection and analysis of data in the field of:
• Inventory of roads and bridges,
• Road lane occupations (including inventory of advertising),
• Design and register of traffic organization,
• Traffic organization management (inventory of the existing road markings
and vertical - verification + introduction of corrections).
A complete inventory of the road lane was made along with road imagery and updating the inventory of roads and bridges.
